A precision mechanical component (reducer) in customized furniture CNC cutting machines
A reducer is a relatively precise mechanical component used in a cutting machine to reduce the speed of the servo motor and increase the torque force of the machine transmission. Many manufacturers use gear boxes for reducing gears and the structure inside is a synchronous belt. The belt of the synchronous belt has a certain tension, which is easy to loosen and often needs to be replaced. There are also machines that use gear boxes for deceleration, and the deceleration effect of the gear box is unclear when the deceleration stops. Moreover, due to the use of synchronous belts, the great inertia makes it easy to slip and exceed the range. The reducer has the characteristics of low backlash, low noise, high strength, and precise deceleration effect, making it a necessary planetary reduction component for mature manufacturers of CNC cutting machine equipment.
